HiTorque 4190 Deluxe Mini Mill, Tooling Package, and Stand Cabinet 

This package includes the 4190 HiTorque Deluxe Mini Mill, the 3489 R8 Mini Mill Tooling Package, and 5629 Stand cabinet.

The mill in this package is the HiTorque model 4190 Deluxe Mini Mill. The mill has the standard HiTorque features including solid column, brushless motor and NSK branded bearings. In addition, this mills has:

- 3-axis digital readout (DRO) with Bluetooth and 7" tablet display. The DRO is completely installed on the mill.

- Electrically interlocked spindle lock disables power to the motor when engaged.

- Machined aluminum handwheels and color keyed drill handles.

The 500 Watt brushless spindle drive motor provides tremendous low-end torque. And you can vary the speed from 50 rpm to 2500 rpm continuously. There are no gears to shift. And, with no gears, the HiTorque Mini Mill is quieter than other mills in its class.

The large mill table provides 50% more table area than other mini mills. It also has 30% more travel in each direction. The re-settable feed dials allow you to zero them at any point.

The mill is equipped with drill press handles for drilling and fast motion of the mill's head. It also has Z-axis fine feed with 0.001" resolution for milling operations.

This machine is shipped completely assembled and adjusted. Machined surfaces are coated with a viscous oil to prevent rust. It wipes off easily with a rag; no solvents necessary.

The tooling package has all the essentials for basic mini mill operations and is bundled to work with the 4190 R8 mini mill.

The stand cabinet is sourced from the same factory as the mini mill so the drip tray has pre-drilled holes for mounting the mill. It also has cutouts on the base for securing the cabinet to a shop floor. The cabinet itself is ideal for storage of tools and accessories.
